Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had very clean and comfortable rooms that opened up to the interior facing the pool and hot tub. Although there was a temporary closure for AC repairs, the room was very clean and in good condition. The service was very personable, with the staff addressing a leak promptly. The location seemed to be in the process of improvements but was a little dirty and cramped. The dining was a mix of yummy breakfast options but could be more varied. The facilities were well-maintained overall.
My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the dining options were a bit limited. The location was convenient, and the pool area was well-kept. The value for money was reasonable.
The hotel was a mixed bag during our three-day stay. The rooms were average considering the price paid, but the poolside movie screening was a fun touch. The service was exceptional, especially when I mistakenly left my purse behind after checking out. Despite a stain from a previous flood, the location was still a perfect oasis, though the hot tub's chemical levels were off. The dining experience varied but included a surprisingly delicious Manchego ratatouille. Overall, a stay with some ups and downs.
